Meet the Founder
I’m Rachel, and I’ve spent most of my career working inside the moving parts of businesses.
Throughout my career in executive support and operations, I’ve learned that the secret to sustained success is in the follow-through. I’ve seen firsthand how proactive coordination and clear communication serve as the glue for high-performing teams.
The more I worked alongside different leaders, the more I noticed that no matter how talented the team is, the final weight of making it happen usually ends up back on the leader’s plate.
But for them to actually let go of those details, they need more than just a pair of hands. This kind of work is deeply personal, which is why trust matters as much as capability.
